Online meetings are free, and take place every Tuesday, 7:30 - 9:00 pm

To join our live event, all you have to do is click the link below, from 19:15 onwards on any Tuesday that is convenient for you:

Before you join, we would recommend that you visit Zoom on your desktop, laptop, tablet or mobile, and download the software or app necessary, so that you are ready.
We would like to suggest that you prepare a nice and quiet setting, where you can enjoy the session without being disturbed. If possible, use a larger device (such as a laptop), as this will enable a better experience.

While the in-person meetings take place once every two weeks, the online meetings continue to take place every Tuesday.

On the Tuesdays an in-person meetings take place (every fortnight, starting 1st of November), our online meetings are broadcast from the in-person event (hence, these meetings will be both in-person, and online). On the other Tuesdays (when an in-person meeting is not taking place), the online meetings are presented exclusively to online participants.

For more information, please visit our Meetup page, where you can check out the details for the upcoming event.

We look forward to welcoming you at one of our online meditation programmes.

We also regularly run

Local Going Deeper meetings, for people who have attended the weekly meetings for some time;
Meditation Retreats. These full-day events take place at our national centre in the countryside, usually during the warm months. Various meditation-related sessions and workshops are conducted throughout the day, with regular refreshments, lunch, and dinner provided;
Music & Meditation events; where artists perform in a setting designed to deepen the meditative state of the audience.

To receive a notification about our meetings, subscribe to our email notifications by writing to info@berkshire-meditation.org. (You will usually receive around one email per month, and are free to unsubscribe anytime).
